Are your devices disabled? I'm not sure why else you would have *no* device output from netmrg-gatherer. Or maybe you have SNMP disabled?

Could you post all of your settings in NetMRG's Device Edit page? It seems as if you have the device disabled from within NetMRG.

Right; that's what I was thinking - maybe your device is disabled within NetMRG (a checkbox), or you don't have your SNMP configured on the device page (a dropdown with 'No SNMP Support', v1, v2c).
