The graphs don't appear and when I pun "&debug=1" into the url, I get this

/usr/bin/rrdtool graph - -s -108000 -e -360 --title="Template Linux Box - Disk Drive (Disk - Used (kB)) (#16)" --imgformat PNG -g -w 575 -h 100 DEFdata1=/var/lib/netmrg/rrd/mon_16.rrdmon_16AVERAGE AREAdata1#151590

What exactly are you trying to do when viewing these graphs? It looks like you're trying to view the graphs for the template linux box, which is just a template device for those items (disks, traffic graphs, cpu, etc) that don't contain any actual data.
Have you setup your own device and started graphing data that way, or modified the template linux box to monitor a real device?
