installation error on mysql

hi , i have suse 9.2 and am having some troble ./configure
and stop 'configure error MySQL libraries not found. Use --with-mysql-lib-dir=<path>" but i have mysql install

doing this one also is making the same ./configure --with-mysql-lib-dir=/usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql/

Try running configure specifying the path just to your base mysql dir, like this

[code158263229ce]./configure --with-mysql-lib-dir=/usr/local/mysql[/code158263229ce]
