Yes, this is a known gap in the Docs... sorry :(
Responses are a way of tying a Notification to an Event. They can be added by clicking down through monitor -> event -> responses. Notifications can be added from the Notifcations link on the main menu. There is an unfixed bug on that page though, which gives an error when changes are saved. Hopefully we'll have some of this taken care of by the next release, which will likely be this week. |
