Hi.
I've cisco switch . I've defined for "sub-device" "monitor" "Interfaces - Errors In".
For "Interfaces - Errors In" monitor I've defined event.
"Trigger Type" -> "On Change" (becouse other option is "Never").
"Situation" -> "Critical"
Next I've defined "Condition" :
Current Value > 0
When errors on this switch interface were > 0 I saw red "status" . Great.
After that I cleared counters for this switch interface.
But I see red "status" all the time. :(
After clear counters I'd like to see green "status". Maybe new option in "Condition" like "Last value" will solve my problem.
Regards.

| We typically set up another event with the base case (ie, current value = 0) and have this event cause the status of the monitor to change back to green (that is, situation = normal). |
