I've installed NetMRG 1.17 and did what is written in Tutorials of the NetMRG Reference. I have lo, eth0, eth1 and sit0. eth0 and sit0 are unused. Via View Interface Cache, I've enabled lo, eth1 and all disks, which show up under Server and give correct information.

But when I go to Reporting / Device Tree / [Something] / Server / System / Interfaces - Bytes In / view, the graph is empty. Same for Bytes Out, Disks Available, and Disks Used. Why?

Searching for an answer, I see that in Tests / SNMP, some variables %ifIndex% and %dskIndex%. Where I can set these variables. Is it supposed to manually set these variables with correct SNMP values?

Look at the results from "netmrg-gatherer -sm"... post them here if you can't find the problem.

Sub 0004 is System. All with undefined value have some variables, like %ifIndex%, used. I still don't understand how it is supposed the variables to be replaced with actual content, so that things to work.

And more, now I see that although I activated all in View Disk Cache, undefined values are recieved for all filesystems Sad

The values like %ifIndex% are set from the subdevice parameters. When you're viewing your list of subdevices (after you click the device name), there should be a 'parameters' link. If you have your interface setup correctly (usually by 'view interface cache'), the parameters should be defined correctly.
