I'm getting this error message:
"DB_ERROR: Sorry, a database error occured. We cannot continue. Please contact the administrator and let them know what you were doing when the problem occured"
when selecting "Slide Show" and this one
"Notice: Undefined index: graph_id_custom in /usr/local/var/www/netmrg/webfiles/view.php on line 25
DB_ERROR: Sorry, a database error occured. We cannot continue. Please contact the administrator and let them know what you were doing when the problem occured"
when adding an item to the Linux template.
Can somebody provide some help?
Thanks in advance. |

We'll certainly try to help; lets start out with some questions so we have a baseline understanding of your setup:
What version are you using (pre1,pre2, or cvs snapshot)?
Did you perform any upgrades?
Can you set dbdebug equal to 'true' in config.php (usually found in /usr/local/var/www/netmrg/include/config.php for default installs) and repeat your cases where you got the db error?
On the slide show error, does the error occur on the first page, or is it some subsequent page?
I'm sorry, but I don't understand what the 'Linux Template' is; could you let us know what page you're on and what you click on to get the error? |

1. It's pre2
2. Clean install (no upgrade)
3. I'll set dbdebug to true and try again.
4. Fist page of slide show.
5. The template Linux Box device in the Template Group.
Thanks. |

Do you have any devices, besides the "Template Linux Box"? I got DB errors when trying to run Slide Show with no active devices (bug#72).
What item were you trying to add to the Template Linux Box when you got the second error?
Thanks for helping us debug. |
