no mon_.rrd

One last question, I have an error being recorded in the http errror log saying that in /usr/local/netmrg/var/lib/rrg that there is no such file for mon_.rrd.... How can I create this or where can I get it?

That's not supposed to happen. They typically have a number in them as 'mon_83.rrd', but I'm sure you've seen those files.
Unfortunately, we're not sure of the cause of these errors right now; the best I can do is recommend that you ignore these as long as they're not too disruptive for now.
