| I just installed NetMRG on FC4 using an rpm and it appears to be working but the graphs appear to be missing some data. If I click on the graph icon for In or Out Bytes I get a graph that shows the traffic but it doesn't have any of the Min/Avg/Max Data on it. Also if I click the graph item one level up in the tree at the Sub-Device level all i get is text that says <Daily><Weekly><Monthly><Yearly><Edit> Nothing happens when I click on them. So far this looks exactly like what I need to do 1 minute polling if I can just get the graphs straightened out. |

Are you going from Admin down, or from Reporting down? You should be viewing your graph from Reporting, then Device Tree (the default view). You should be able to expand your groups to see your device and you should have an orange graph icon next to your device that you can click to view the graphs. Does this help?

| I am under the reporting tab where this stuff is showing up. When I click on the interface I get a graph but it is missing the Min/Avg/Max data at the bottom and if I click the orange graph button for the sub-device I get the text for <Daily><Weekly><Monthly><Yearly> but no graphs. |

There should be an orange graph for the device that has the interface's graph on it. Is there one there?

| The Orange Graph Icons are there on all levels. When I select them however at the device or sub-device level all I get is a web page that has links for <Daily><Weekly><Monthly><Yearly><Edit> but they don't go anywhere. Under the Monitors section I also have the Orange Graph Icons and those bring up a graph but it is missing the Min/Avg/Max figures. I can send you screenshots of what I am talking about if you need them. Thanks for the help! |
