Hello all,
I am just starting to use netmrg and running into maybe a common problem.
I tried adding a custom template graph and tried to add this to a sub-device under the groups.
Hower when selecting the add template icon, it seems only to show the template graphs and not the custom template graphs.Is this normal?
Then when I try to create a 'custom graph' under the 'template graphs' (with graph items under it), now it does show the graph template but when selecting it it does not seem to add them.
Any idea why this may be?

Yes, that is normal. The 'add template' process actually beings monitoring new values on the device to create the graph. A custom graph is normally used to display data from more than one sub-device on the same graph, and therefore they are not available to add to an individual sub-device.
