Unfortunately, forum abuse by spammers has forced us to disable new user self-registration. New users will now need to wait for an admin to approve their account. If you think this process is taking an extra-long time, please email the lists admin or any of the moderators.
We apologize for the inconvenience - I hope we'll be able to come to a better solution in the future.

A side effect of this is that pretty much any user registered after May 16th has been deleted. If you registered on or after this date you will need to resubscribe and email the admin for authorization.
