Yes, it's possible to graph for more than a year, but it requires making some modifications to source files.
Checkout the $TIMEFRAME_* variables in www/lib/static.php; they'll need modified in order to display the proper time frames.
You'll also need to modify src/rrd.cpp create_rrd() file to change the way the RRDs are created.
If you have existing RRD files you'll need to tune them, but I'm not sure what the specific commands would be off the top of my head.
