I'm not getting any graphs.

I'm kind of a n00b, but I wouldn't say I'm totally useless.

I have Fedora Core 3, which already had net-snmp installed. I installed the RPM for NetMRG from your site, and configured it.

When I run netmrg-gatherer -sm I get this:
NetMRG starting.
Creating Lockfile.
Initializing SNMP library.
Initializing RRDTOOL pipe.
[ACTIVE] Last: 0, Now: 0
[Dev: 0002] Starting device thread at 2005-03-27 20:28:02.
[Dev: 0002] MySQL connection established.
[Dev: 0002] sv-lin01 / <Field Omitted>
[Dev: 0002] SNMP Uptime is 00:00:02 (15178 centiseconds)
[Dev: 0002] Device has returned from SNMP-death.
[Dev: 0002] Number of Interfaces is 0
[Dev: 0002] Performing SNMP Recache.
[Dev: 0002] MySQL Update Failed. (INSERT INTO snmp_disk_cache SET dev_id = 2, disk_index = No more variables left in this MIB View (It is past the end of the MIB tree), disk_device = NULL, disk_path = NULL) (You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'more variables left in this MIB View (It is past the end of the MIB tree), disk_' at line 1)
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0006] Starting Subdevice.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0006] Disk subdevice has no disk parameters.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0006] Subdevice aborted due to previous errors.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0005] Starting Subdevice.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0005] Disk subdevice has no disk parameters.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0005] Subdevice aborted due to previous errors.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0004] Starting Subdevice.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0004] Disk subdevice has no disk parameters.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0004] Subdevice aborted due to previous errors.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0007] Starting Subdevice.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0007] Interface subdevice has no interface parameters.
[Dev: 0002] [Sub: 0007] Subdevice aborted due to previous errors.
[Dev: 0002] Trimming device event log.
[Dev: 0002] Ending device thread at 2005-03-27 20:28:02, after a duration of 0 seconds.
Closed MySQL connection.
Runtime: 0
Closed RRDTOOL pipe.
Cleaned up SNMP.

Which makes it look like SQL is the problem, but I imported the SQL from the file you provided, so I don't understand what the problem could be.

When answering, please be as specific with your questions as possible, because as I said, I'm pretty new.

How did you setup your disk graphs? Did you use the 'disk cache' (beside your device there are 4 icons under "SNMP Options" - the right two are the disk cache). The errors you're getting look like you tried to setup the disk group manually - they need a parameter to specify which disk they need to monitor. If you modify the parameter for your group and add a parameter named dskPath with the path of the disk you monitor (something like '/' or '/boot').
You also have to modify the snmpd.conf file of the host you're monitoring to get disk graphs to work. You need to add some options to tell snmpd to gather info for disks. Something like this should work:
Code:
disk /
disk /boot

Feel free to add whatever other mounts you'd like watched.

It's not just disks that aren't being graphed, my network traffic (which is the most important part to me) isn't being graphed either. That makes me think it's a problem with my SNMP install.
[btw- the server and client for this are the same machine if that makes any differance]
